I understand and acknowledge that I have read the bylaws and rules set forth by the TPFL. By signing this form I am stating that I understand all the rules.
Please check the box to state that you understand that you must notify the TPFL if your team is a non-profit organization. Also, that you understand that if your team becomes a non-profit at any point then you must notify the league. If your team does anything fraudulent or illegal in reference to grants, loans or monies from being a non-profit then your team will be removed from the TPFL permanently.
